Image Analysis Hub

The Image Analysis Hub is an open access, equal access core facility committed to offering bioimage analysis services to the scientific community.
Our central activity consists in developing highly customized analysis pipelines or scientific tools tailored to address specifically a user project. This activity is important when a user project requires analysis that is not provided by the existing image analysis tools, or when they require modifications or integration in larger pipelines.
We also maintain and offer access to workstations dedicated to and tailored for image analysis software and perform consultations during our open-desk sessions, happening every two weeks.

The Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub is a team of research engineers dedicated to bringing support in computational biology to Institut Pasteur’s research units and platforms. Expertise of the team is large and includes multi-OMICS data analysis, statistics, software and web interface development, among others. We interact with Pasteur scientists in many ways, such as collaborative projects, advice, training (on campus and outside)

Recent breakthroughs in single-cell omics technologies have made it possible to transpose the large-scale studies down to single cell level and to investigate the genome, epigenome, transcriptome, proteome, metabolome, and their inherent interactions with single-cell resolution. Single cell support at C2RT core facilities. The Center for Technological Research and Resources (C2RT) of the Institut Pasteur proposes numerous resources for single cell analysis, open to the entire academic and clinical research community.

It provides state-of-the art technologies and pipelines for an integrated approach in biomarker discovery. It provides end-to-end support to projects through cell phenotyping, sorting and molecular profiling
