Regional Strategic Development Officer, Africa
Gabriella serves as the Strategic Development Officer for the Africa Region at the Pasteur Network, bringing over 10 years of expertise in strategic partnerships, resource mobilization, grant and programme management, and multi-country coordination across international development in Canada and Africa.
Over this period, she has partnered with global, regional, and country-level organizations, alongside national governments and multilateral institutions.
At the Pasteur Network, her work centers on strengthening ties across member institutes in the Africa region, developing collaborative projects, building strategic partnerships, and supporting multilateral resource mobilization to advance the Network’s mission and visibility across the continent.
Her goal is to help translate the Network’s collective expertise into coordinated action, strengthening the partnerships that allow member institutes across Africa to work together more effectively than any one could alone.
Gabriella speaks French, English, Creole (Portuguese), and Wolof.
