The sequencing platform supports the development of research projects that require nucleic acid sequencing technology, providing DNA sequencing services, fragment analysis and human leukocyte antigen (HLA). It contributes to the interpretation of results and also provides the following software for analysis: SeqScape, Sequence Scanner, BiodEdit and GeneMapper.
