Fiocruz Network Facilities The Illumina MiSeq Next Generation Facility provides sequencing library preparation and/or analysis for RNAseq, genomic sequencing, metagenomics and amplicon applications in single-end and pair-end formats. MiSeq has throughput ranging from 540 Mb to 15 Gb and 25 million reads. This facility is located at FIOCRUZ – Pernambuco.
