The ABI 3730xl sequencer from Applied Biosystems is the highest throughput and cost-effective capillary electrophoresis equipment. Serving both sequencing and fragment analysis. It can sequence fragments of up to 800bp. The capillary sequencing platform offers four forms of services, where the user can choose to send samples to carry out the sequencing reaction procedure until samples are ready for running.
